Cancellation Policy
Prior to dispatch,any order can be cancelled and refunded in full. Once dispatched, orders can not be cancelled but our Refund Policy comes into effect.
Refund Policy
If for whatever reason you change your mind regarding your purchase, we are more than happy to offer you a refund. Our TENs hire services are subject to their own returns and refund policy – please see the Terms & Conditions on the TENs hire pages.
Please return your purchase within 30 days in its original, unopened condition. Birth balls and Birth pools must not have been inflated. CDs and DVDs can not be returned if they have been removed from their celophane seal. Pool liners must not have been removed from packaging and tried for size. Due to contamination risk for resale the following items can not be returned for a refund: Aromatherapy Kit for Labour, Labour Massage Oil, Lansinoh Lanolin Nipple Cream, Lansinoh Post Birth Spray and Lansinoh Pre Birth Oil.
Please note we will not refund the original P&P fee from your purchase. For “Free P&P” purchases we reserve the right to deduct a £2.95 or £3.50 postage fee from your refund. This will be dependent on whether the value of your returned item enabled your order to be FREE P&P. Please email us with your return request to agree the return and clarify any postage deductions.
In the case of unwanted and unopened birth pool purchases, we will deduct a minimum £9.95 postage fee (or higher if you had a premium/international posting method) from your refund as well as a 10% handling and restocking fee charged by the pool supplier . Please email us with your return request to agree the return and clarify any postage or other fee deductions.
When returning items, please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office as we can not be responsible for returned items that are lost. Unfortunately we can not cover the cost of return postage.
For exchanges, e.g. to change the size or colour of the same garment, please email us with your exchange request and we will advise of any re-postage fees that are required. Return postage of the original item will be at your cost.
Problems/Faulty items. Please email us if you have a problem with your purchase so that we can agree the best course of action. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Faults with Birth Pools must be reported within 7 days, faults with all other products must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
